Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or if you receive an incorrect item.

To assist with resolving the issue, we may request photographs of the packaging and products received.

Refunds and Replacements
Where an error has occurred on our behalf, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
