Shipping policy

Aelis Labs currently ships within Australia only.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and cleared.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Post and include tracking. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Free Express Shipping is available Australia-wide on orders over $150 AUD.

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, public holidays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are the responsibility of the shipping carrier and are outside the control of Aelis Labs.

Please ensure all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. Aelis Labs is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.
